Configurable Toolbar Items in Business Process and Case Modelers

This topic describes the toolbar items that can be configured in the Process Platform business process and case modeling environment.


The following table describes the toolbar items that can be configured and the modes in which they are available:

Print Preview

Displays a preview of the model.

Process view in design mode, process instance view in debug modes, case modeler and case instance in debug mode

Zoom slider

Depending on whether you are minimizing or maximizing the view of the model, zoom slider displays a view of the model as required.

Business process modeler, Case modeler, Organizational modeler, Business context modeler, Value chain modeler. and MDM modeler.

Fit in Window

Fits the image to window for better viewing.

Process view, instance view in debug modes

Expand All Groups

Displays the expanded view of all activitie groups, if any, showing sub-process etc.

Collapse All Groups

Displays the collapsed view of all activitiy groups.

Instance view and debug modes

Hide/Show Warnings

Displays or hides any warnings that might appear when publishing or executing the process model

Set/Remove Breakpoint

Executes the activities till the set breakpoint.

Process Options

Displays the various options or operations that can be performed on the process instance.

Refresh

Refresh is used to restore the process instance to the last saved state of the business process model discarding all changes made after that by the user. You may select either Refresh or Auto Refresh options to have an updated view of the process instance.
